OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES

Learning High Level Patterns

Understanding the concepts of a High Level Pattern (HLP) is essential in order for the player to develop their HLP

Program Progression

Once the player has learned what a HLP is the player then learns how to develop their own progression program that meets their needs

Development Tools

Players will use a number of tools such as Balance Bats, Power Core 360, Weighted Balls, and many more to develop their HLP

Functional Movement Development

Players will engage in Functional Movement Development using sandbags, sledgehammers, steel rods, medicine balls, and other strength develop tools

Healthy Eating & Sleeping Plan

Players will learn to take care of their body while learning the importance of eating and sleeping healthy

Agility Training Program

Players will develop goals to enhance their on the field agility and mobility skills
